For CTS clients with a support agreement that require immediate emergency assistance, CTS offers emergency offsite notification. The process to notify us of an emergency (both during and outside of normal business hours) is to call the main CTS help desk line at 780.467.1664, Press 0 and leave a message.
Upon receipt of your emergency notification, one of our on-call technicians will call you back promptly to follow-up, let you know that your message has been received, and begin troubleshooting the issue.
